Learning Evaluation Action Development (LEAD) Programme

What is LEAD?

LEAD stands for Learning Evaluation Action Development, a unique programme offering both individual development, and practical outcomes for organisations, in the form of evaluation of real, live, learning and development.

LEAD provides individuals, and their organisations, with the skills and resources to conduct more meaningful learning evaluation, and to attain improved business impact from their learning and development. LEAD is not a simulation, but a real application of learning evaluation for business impact. It applies theory to practice.

Who is LEAD for?

LEAD is aimed at anyone who has responsibility, or may be given responsibility, for some learning evaluation in their organisation. Participants are likely to be HR, OD or L&D managers, or they may have other roles in training, coaching, talent development, performance improvement or change management. Or they may be line managers to whom responsibility for learning has been devolved.

If you would like to discuss how LEAD can help you get the most out of your learning and development, then please contact us.
