Workshops

Airthrey learning evaluation workshops are designed to equip you with the essential skills to conduct your own evaluations of learning and development. Each workshop stands alone, and is of one day’s duration unless otherwise stated.

New workshops are being added all the time. Revisit this page for regular updates.

All Airthrey workshops may also be delivered on an in-company basis, usually for a minimum of four and a maximum of twelve delegates per workshop – please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.

Diagnosis Evaluation:
Identifying your learning evaluation needs

One of the hardest parts of evaluation is knowing where to start. Our diagnostic tool enables organisations both to set a baseline and to track progress in five key learning evaluation areas: approach, practice, methods, involvement and reporting. This workshop will help you identify what you are doing well, where there is potential for improvement, and the steps you can take to develop more robust evaluation of learning in your organisation.

Capturing Impact in Your Learning Evaluation:
The Success Case Method
